How it works
Access Content Health
Anyone can access Content Health after earning the required number of reputation points. Admins can quickly appoint Moderators for access too.
Set review criteria
Content is programmatically identified to be reviewed, and the criteria is customizable based on age and usage of the knowledge.
Experts verify knowledge
Filter the review queue by Tags or content type to ensure subject matter experts stay focused on reviewing content they’re knowledgeable in.
Experts are notified when knowledge is likely outdated and need to be reviewed. Once the content is verified or edited, it will be removed from the queue.
Keep the knowledge base clean
Knowledge marked obsolete helps to provide historical context. This content will be locked, demoted within search, and clearly marked that it is irrelevant and outdated.
